EU Safety Gate Registration
If you operate an online marketplace selling direct-to-consumer to the EU, you must register with the Safety Gate Online Marketplace Registration Module under Article 22(1) of Regulation (EU) 2023/988. Registration is also recommended for all online sellers because it creates a verified, direct line to EU market surveillance authorities.
