Reporting Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to info@easecert.com.
Information to Include
To allow us to assess the complaint efficiently, please include:

We may request further information where reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
Review of Infringement Notices
EaseCert will review sufficiently detailed intellectual property complaints in accordance with applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to disputed material while a claim is reviewed, contact the person or organisation that supplied the material, request additional evidence, or take other measures reasonably necessary to address the matter.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish that an infringement has occurred. We reserve the right to reject notices that are incomplete, manifestly unfounded, abusive, or otherwise insufficient to establish a legitimate intellectual property claim.
German and European Copyright Law
As EaseCert GmbH is established in Germany, copyright matters may be subject to German copyright law, including the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz), as well as applicable European Union law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights, remedies, procedures, or obligations available under applicable law.
DMCA Notices
