Setup & Documentation Policy


1. Delivery of Compliance Documentation

All certification documents, risk assessments, declarations of conformity, and GPSR technical files are delivered electronically. You will receive your final documents by email in PDF or other applicable formats upon completion of your service.

Standard processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days per order unless otherwise stated. For larger submissions or custom requests, additional time may be required. We will notify you accordingly.

2. Setup & Documentation Fee

One-time fee. No subscription. Taxes included. Setup & documentation fee applies per order to review and adapt your existing compliance materials for GPSR conformity. This includes onboarding, document checks, and label review.

Specifically, the fee covers:

  • Product onboarding and intake of technical information
  • Review and assessment of pre-existing compliance documents (certificates, test reports, etc.)
  • Identification of gaps or deficiencies in submitted materials
  • Creation of a draft Declaration of Conformity (DoC) for each certified product type
  • Label review to check for GPSR compliance (language, warnings, traceability)
  • Verification of supplier documents for accuracy and relevance
  • Preparation of custom email templates to request missing items from your suppliers
  • Final documentation checks to ensure suitability for inclusion in the GPSR technical file
  • Support with retailer-specific GPSR setup (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)

This is not a recurring fee. It applies once per submitted order and ensures your compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with EU GPSR requirements.

3. Expedited Services

If you require faster turnaround times, expedited processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@easecert.com to discuss priority service options before placing your order.

4. Order Confirmation & Document Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. If you do not receive your digital compliance documents within the expected timeframe, check your spam or junk folder. If still missing, contact us at info@easecert.com and we will resend your files promptly.
