Setup & Documentation Policy


1. Delivery of Compliance Documentation

All certification documents, risk assessments, declarations of conformity, and GPSR technical files are delivered electronically. You will receive your final documents by email in PDF or other applicable formats upon completion of your service.

Standard processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days per order unless otherwise stated. For larger submissions or custom requests, additional time may be required. We will notify you accordingly.

2. Setup & Documentation Fee

One-time fee. No subscription. Taxes included. A Setup & Documentation Fee may apply depending on the selected service scope. It is only charged where onboarding and review of existing compliance materials are required.

Where applicable, this fee covers:

  • Product onboarding and intake of technical information
  • Review and assessment of existing compliance documents (certificates, test reports, and related materials)
  • Identification of gaps or missing documentation
  • Creation or review of a Declaration of Conformity (DoC), where applicable
  • Compliance or technical documentation review required for EU GPSR conformity
  • Verification of supplier-provided information for consistency and accuracy
  • Support with preparation of missing documentation requests to suppliers
  • Final checks for inclusion in the GPSR technical file
  • Support for marketplace compliance setup (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and others), where relevant

This is a one-time charge only where applicable and is not a recurring fee. It ensures that submitted compliance materials are complete, structured, and aligned with EU GPSR requirements.

3. Expedited Services

If you require faster turnaround times, expedited processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@easecert.com to discuss priority service options before placing your order.

4. Order Confirmation & Document Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. If you do not receive your digital compliance documents within the expected timeframe, check your spam or junk folder. If still missing, contact us at info@easecert.com and we will resend your files promptly.
