Where does GPSR apply?

GPSR applies in the following countries:

• EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
• EEA Countries: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

While Switzerland and the United Kingdom are outside this scope, separate national product safety rules apply there and must be respected by businesses targeting those markets.
