Important Scope Limitation

EaseCert acts as an administrative and regulatory EU Authorised Representative. Unless separately agreed in writing, this service does not include product testing, CE certification, safety engineering validation, Notified Body services, design approval, technical file creation from scratch, or legal importer services.

The manufacturer remains fully responsible for product conformity, CE marking, risk assessment, technical documentation, and compliance with all applicable EU legislation.
